Who should attend

  • Excellent and outstanding performers with vertical or horizontal development potential
  • Min. 2 years work experience within Arvato and intention to take over further responsibility in current or future function

  • 360° Pre-feedback (online)
  • Leading me first (off-site training)
  • Individual coaching (telephone)
  • Performing in tough situations (off-site training)
  • Individual coaching (telephone)
  • High impact presentations (off-site training)
  • Final talk (telephone)
  • 360° Post-feedback (online)

How you learn

  • Approx. 12-month program with three off-site training events at various locations in Germany, accompanied by 360° feedbacks and telephone coaching sessions
  • Interactive learning process in a protected environment (cohort)
  • Group work and discussion, individual work and self-reflection


  • Explore participant’s potential and support personal development through intense individual coaching
  • Professional development in terms of self-management, conducting negotiations and presentation skills
  • Strengthen participant’s cross-divisional Arvato network
