The program consists of the following modules:

Module 1: Kick-off and Team Building – You as Part of a Team
Module 2: Vital Leader – You and Your 7 I’s of Leadership
Module 3: Change Management – You as a Leader of Change
Module 4: Dramatic Shift – Engage and Inspire Yourself and Others

Supplemented with 360° feedback (online) and individual coaching (by phone) on leadership capabilities

How you learn

  • Approx. 12-month program with four 3-day off-site training events at various European locations, and telephone coaching sessions
  • Interactive learning process in a protected environment (cohorts)
  • Outdoor activity, group work and discussion, individual work and self-reflection


  • Explore participants’ potential and personal development
  • Reflect and strengthen participants’ leadership skills to increase leadership effectiveness
  • Strengthen participants’ international and cross-divisional Arvato network
