Leadership Lab: Designing an Ambidextrous Organization

Who should attend

Alumni from MSA (Harvard) or LTD (Stanford) program:

  • Who (as part of a leadership team) are in the process of (re-) designing their organization towards more innovation, efficiency, and adaptability
  • Who would like to benefit from and apply the concept of ambidexterity to address their organizational key issues
  • Who would like to use the program to establish a shared understanding and leadership approach among a team of senior leaders

What you learn

The program will explore the following topics:

  • Challenges and benefits of ambidextrous leadership
  • Organizational design for ambidexterity and adaptability
  • Model and frameworks to strategically align the organization
  • Leading for innovation and renewal

How you learn

  • Hands-on workshop in an impactful “bring your colleagues“ format:
    With your participation you will automatically receive a “team ticket”. This gives you the opportunity to bring 2-3 colleagues from your organization to work together on the “ambidextrous challenge” of your choice
  • Pre-program calls will support you in defining your key issue(s) and decide on the most valuable “team constellation”

  • Understand the range of solutions for addressing conflicting operational modes in their organization
  • Receive tailor-made input on their organizational challenge(s)
